General Provisions

  1. Compliance. Each party shall fully and timely comply with all terms of this Order. Willful non-compliance may subject a party to sanctions, contempt, or other remedies available to the Court.

  2. Modification. This Order may be modified only by further order of this Court upon motion and showing of [a material change in circumstances / as otherwise provided by law].

  3. Attorney’s Fees. Each party shall bear their own attorney’s fees and costs incurred in this matter [unless otherwise specified above].
