MOTION TO COMPEL

The [Moving Party] respectfully moves the Court to compel [responses, production, supplementation, or other discovery action] and states:

  1. On [date], the moving party served [interrogatories / requests for production / requests for admission].
  2. Responses were due on [date] or were served on [date].
  3. The responding party [failed to respond / provided incomplete responses / withheld materials without adequate explanation].
  4. On [date], the moving party attempted to resolve the issue without Court intervention by [email, letter, conference, or meet and confer].
  5. The unresolved issues are [describe specifically].

Requested Relief

The Court should order the responding party to:

  1. Serve complete responses by [date].
  2. Produce the responsive records identified in the motion.
  3. Grant any additional relief the Court finds appropriate.
