FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES
The Requesting Party asks the Responding Party to answer the following interrogatories fully and in writing for the period [date range].
- Identify each person with knowledge of the facts relevant to [issue].
- Describe the schedule, arrangement, or practice that you contend existed regarding [children, property, payments, or communications].
- State the facts that support your position regarding [issue].
- Identify each source of income, reimbursement, or financial support relevant to the matters in dispute.
- Describe the expenses, obligations, or contributions you contend are relevant to [support, reimbursement, equitable distribution, or damages].
- Identify any written or oral agreement you contend affects the issues in dispute.
- Identify the communications you rely upon to support your position and state the approximate date and participants for each.
- State the relief you contend is appropriate and identify the facts supporting that request.
Answer format
For each interrogatory, provide a narrative answer that identifies relevant persons, dates, records, and factual details where known.
